In my second video on Offer Review Days I take a minute to talk about communication. One of the most important things our clients tell us is that they want clear communication. So on Offer Review Day, I let them know where we are at. If there are offers in hand, if anyone has told me flat out they are going to write an offer, or anything else I know to be true.

If there end up being multiple offers, I need to make a spreadsheet so we can compare things apples to apples. That's coming up in the next video.

It feels good when you make someone happy. No big revelations there, I know.

Here’s what happened. One of my best friends is Michael. Michael has a friend named Eric. Eric wanted a house in Seattle. Only one problem. Eric lives in California.

So we had to figure out a way to make this work. Especially with how competitive the real estate market is in the Pacific Northwest.

This is the story of how my son and I became the Guardians of McClure Middle School: I don’t know about you, but through the course of the pandemic, I have looked for ways to stay engaged with the community. Wether it was delivering masks in the early days of the pandemic, or trying to talk through some of the difficult times we have all faced by having conversations on our podcast about mental health. I have tried to keep this event from becoming trauma for my son and the people around me that I care about.

Selling your home has become an online beauty pageant. Prospective buyers now scan through hundreds, if not thousands of photographs online before they end up buying.

Online dating has created “swipe culture” and that mentality has crept its way into buying and selling houses. Our goal is to be the home that people “Swipe Right” on. 😉 Just like in online dating, almost no one reads the description if they’re not attracted to the photo first.
