Great news for Seattle Floating homes and Seattle Houseboats wanting new windows and their floating properties. I recently had new windows installed in my house at Green Lake and they all tilt in for easy cleaning, the quality is outstanding and the warranty is excellent. I also managed to get some pretty decent rebates back from Puget Sound energy, and the sales tax was deducted on my taxes when I filed for 2025..

I spoke to the manufacturer and my sales rep who confirmed they would be able to install these on the Floating properties in Seattle for anyone who needed new windows. And they come with the following.

So here is the video of the window.

-in house installers
-double thick glass
-easy clean technology
-virgin vinyl, lifetime guarantee
-white or almond color (outside color upgrade-black or bronze) inside would remain white or almond.

Danny Evanger has put together two days for many of the Floating properties on Lake Union open house weekend 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday and Sunday the 16th and 17th. If you have wanted to see a Houseboat this would be a great opportunity to meet the brokers on the lake and see some of the available Floating properties.
