I listed this Lynnwood townhouse on a Wednesday and by Thursday, we had 3 offers! The first buyer had every opportunity and unfortunately got very picky (perhaps cold feet, not sure their agent didn't say much) and then the second offer really stepped up and offered $10,000 over list! We took it! Seller has packed up and moved several states away. She was referred to me from her family members who I have helped purchase and sell homes with. The real hurdle was the HOA - but we got through it! Congratulations to the seller and buyer - new chapters!
