Just Sold in Maple Leaf!

So excited for my buyers on this one. We had only been working together for a few weeks, but I was able to get a clear sense pretty quickly of what they were hoping to find — and when this home hit the market, it was obvious it checked a lot of the right boxes.

After just one day on market, it was also clear this home was likely going to draw strong interest. We knew waiting through the weekend and open houses would probably mean more competition, so we moved quickly and put together a strong, strategic offer.

In a market like this, success is not always about “getting a deal.” Sometimes it is about recognizing the right opportunity, understanding the competition, and knowing when to act decisively.

From kindergarten to high school graduate—where did the time go? Holy smokes, that happened fast. Not cool. Sniff, sniff… as I wipe away a few tears.

As your biggest fans, Mom and I couldn’t be prouder or ask for a better son. You are an incredible human—kind, thoughtful, smart as heck (and congratulations on being in the Honor Society, buddy… something you somehow forgot to tell us, but we discovered in the program last night), dedicated, relentless, and one badass soccer player.

I could go on, but you get the point.

We are so excited for you and everything that lies ahead, beginning with Germany this fall at the Humboldt-Institut. We’re going to cherish these next few months with you still at home—and then probably shed another tear or two when we say goodbye for a while in October.

You’ve already built such a strong foundation, and I have no doubt your future is bright. Or, as the kids say, your future is lit. 🔥
