Being a real estate broker in Seattle feels easy breezy when everything goes according to plan.

But real estate rarely follows a perfect script.

The appraisal comes in low. An inspection uncovers something unexpected. Negotiations get tense. A buyer starts second-guessing. Suddenly, the strategy that got you into the deal isn’t necessarily the strategy that gets you to the finish line.

That’s where having the right agent matters.

My job isn’t just to keep a transaction moving. It’s to understand the situation, lay out the options, adjust the strategy when needed, and help my clients make smart decisions without getting caught up in the noise.
