Welcome to Westside 8!
We are excited and extremely proud to finally have our newest 8-unit townhouse project, Westside 8, on the market. Knowing that we would be the first project in this neighborhood after it was upzoned, we consciously steered away from the square box, flattop roof design, and went with a more traditional PNW style that would lend itself to the already great neighborhood it was. From the shed roof design to the large amount of sustainably sourced local cedar for the exterior, we wanted to offer a community that welcomed you home rather than look like an odd fit in the neighborhood.
