Real Estate is one of those professions, most of us shy away from unless we have to buy or sell a piece of property. But with 22 years in the business, I know it's really about people. The people who help people and the people that need our help. There are a whole lot of reasons to be cautious of salespeople. Especially those of us that are on 100% commission. We don't make a thing until something

sells and then closes. So then what matters, is the integrity in the process. Is the transaction about the sale, or is it about teaching, educating, helping our clients and customers understand the market and satisfy their needs all with a healthy dose of The Golden Rule. I'm not a great salesperson, but I am a great problem solver, educator and transaction technician, I know a LOT about houses and a lot about neighborhoods. In Seattle, prices were up 23.3% in November compared with the same time in 2020, according to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller index.
