Despite the headline, the main message of this article seems to be that demand for homes will not be slowing down anytime soon. If you are wondering about the economic forces behind this crazy housing market, this is a good overview. And, while we may be seeing a little more inventory this month and next, Seattle is the fastest growing big city in the country. So....don't hold your breath for a slow down.

Rising inventory is one of several signs that we may have reached peak ludicrousness.
