As of June 2026, Washington law now requires full public listing exposure from day one - No more private or “exclusive” listing pitched as “Consumer Choice”, with some brokerages pushing double-ending their listings, at the expense of the consumer. If a property is for sale, it has to be available and marketed to the entire public.
