We held our annual Coldwell Banker Danforth Awards Luncheon. I attended because it’s a good chance to get out and talk with other brokers from the brokerage and discuss what we’re working on and get ideas from each other. I spent last year just focusing on the needs of one client at a time, and didn’t have any expectations, besides a nice lunch catered by Carol Burch...so I was surprised to honored with 3 performance awards (2 for residential sales and 1 for property management). It felt nice to be recognized at the awards ceremony, but it’s really just a reminder of how blessed I have been to have been able to work with so many wonderful clients.

My business would literally be nothing without you!

Just before Christmas I was able to help a couple close on their very first home, and they are in their 50s. They didn't think it was going to be possible, but we made it happy, and I couldn't be more thrilled for them.
