Not every sale starts photo-ready.

After the tenant moved out, the home wasn't in great cosmetic condition. We had to refresh the home and come up with a strategy for hitting the market. We brought in an amazing stager, replaced some glass, coordinated repairs with licensed contractor, re-shot the photography (because yes… photography matters THAT much), and completely changed how the home showed online and in person.

The result? A successful sale for my client! 🏡

A good sale isn’t just luck. Sometimes it’s knowing when to pivot, reinvest, and relaunch the right way.

I took the train to Vancouver on Friday and came home on a one night repositioning Holland America cruise from Vancouver to Seattle. Sometimes I forget how beautiful it is here. Gone less than 24 hours.

Bring your family, friends and colorful attire. Enjoy small bites and snacks. Fun for all ages. Crafts and games for the kids

All proceeds from the ticket sales will help support local swim organizations dedicated to children with special needs and families with autistic children.

Tickets are $15 a person. Toddlers 2 years old and under are free.

1021 10th Ave NE, Issaquah - Sold! The market has shifted to a buyers market lately and listing agents need to work hard to market the home to be competitive. Here are just a few of the things we did - staging, colleague price opinions, professional photography of home and area, turned lights on before every showing, shuffled photos, Facebook advertising, custom website, removed screens, added new lightbulbs, high end flyers with a neighborhood map and amenities list, cookie party, got bids on installing AC since buyers wanted it, open houses every weekend with 8+ signs and balloons, 2x weekly sweep and tidy, fixed lock, pre-inspected, quick agent inquiry response & more!

This beautiful home in Issaquah has been purchased by a non-profit organization (Life Enrichment Options) to provide housing to individuals with developmental disabilities in perpetuity. I worked with both parties pro-bono to make the dream of Searing House a reality. It was fun to see this come to fruition. Thank for to the donors for the generous funding of the project. I believe everyone deserves a home they love. Welcome home! 🏡
