Another local iBuyer with an international presence that is much more active in our market that isn't mentioned in this article is eXp express offers.

I've reached out to virtually all of the iBuyers in the area, the convenience of this approach is likely a trend that will continue to grow. This market paradigm shift would help with liquidity, and further commodificaton of this asset class.

It will be interesting to see how resilient these services can be in a markets that have seen its fair share of market corrections.
