Seattle-area home prices dropped for the fourth month in a row, according to a new report out today that details the median prices. They're still up year over year, but not by much compared with other major cities.

It was the 4th straight monthly decline in Seattle-area home prices, according to the Case-Shiller index. The nationwide trend is driven in large part by soaring mortgage rates.
