TRACK SIX S**O
Track 6 will be a new 4-story industrial building located on the old Compton Lumber site in the middle of Seattle’s S**O neighborhood. Roughly 54,000 square foot floor plates will bring 212,516 SF of fresh industrial space to South Seattle. Track 6 can accommodate an array of uses from industrial flex companies to tenants with large warehousing or distribution needs. Expected delivery is Q4 of 2022.

Frederickson 50 brings 60,200 SF of Class A industrial warehouse space to the Puget Sound region. The building features LED lighting, an ESFR sprinkler system, 1,500 SF of office space, and 51,000 SF of yard area. PODS Moving and Storage will occupy the property on a long-term lease.

Mt. Limbo - Avenue 55 is currently under construction on the Mount Limbo Industrial Center in Reno, NV. The Mount Limbo project will bring 167,000 square feet of state-of-the-art industrial space to a prime location in north Reno. Upon completion, the building will feature 32’ clear height, 48 trailer parking stalls, with 29 dock doors, ample power, and ESFR sprinklers. Mount Limbo is expected to deliver in Q4 2022.
