This announcement is regarding the upcoming tree removal services planned for the month of October. On October 24th, Blooma Tree Services will commence the removal of the two Maple trees in front of the apartment building.

The Maple trees has been there since the building was building back in 1990. The trees has been a great source of both shade as well as trouble. It has now grown too big and starts to become a potential source of issue with the building drainage system. As a result, we've made the decision to have both trees removed.

This work will take a day or two to complete. I will keep all of our tenants abreast on the details as they become available.

Hello folks,

The building exterior is getting some really needed tender loving care. For the next couple of weeks, the building exterior and siding is getting a make over with a fresh coat of paint.

We've just completed the power washing of all the decks and exterior surfaces last Friday. We're super excited about the paint job and hope to debut the newly painted building in the next couple of weeks.

In the meantime, please be aware of the no parking requirement during the work hours of 8?30 - 5:30 M-F.

We're experiencing a power outage in the neighborhood. There is a report of downed power lines in the area. Here is a picture of the affected blocks from Seattle City Light. The building alarm system is in backup battery mode so that system makes a beeping noise with the emergency lights on.

Happy 2014! The carpet cleaner guy did a great job with the stairwell. It's nice and clean now.
