Built in 1909 as Queen Anne High School then converted into a residential use in the late 80's. The building underwent another renovation in 2006 when it was turned into Condominiums. Due to its historical significance and architectural beauty, it has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is an official City of Seattle landmark.

I am honored to represent Unit #410 for sale. This space enjoys a particularly auspicious location in the building and massive amounts of light with the center stage windows.

I want to take a moment to thank our partners who contributed their time and creativity to this project. It takes a coordinated effort to launch a listing for our clients successfully. Klairey is the project manager who makes that all happen. Roberto brings his color and painting talent, Mike takes care of our carpet needs, Denise puts a creative plan together for staging and the images are via .studio. Thank you, team!

Opening night at

Of all the summer things I look forward to in Seattle none compare with the emergence of creativity and community.

Nestled inside the storied Coliseum Theatre xoseattle brings over 70 artists and performers together for a months-long art party of local art across a wide array of disciplines. The sold-out opening event was an exclusive look into what is to come.

Even at capacity, many of the artists were available to share their stories and answer questions. The venue with its nooks, crannies, and vestibules provides these naturally intimate spaces to showcase each artist. On the whole, the space is a generous volume reverberating with energy.

Don't miss out!

The Seattle real estate market is as dynamic today as I've experienced in my 21 years in the business. Depending on where you look and at what price range, it may appear that we are in different versions of reality.

I help my clients achieve their goals by empowering them with real-time and specific information. National and regional headlines may offer some insight into the landscape, but they seldom provide the actionable data my clients want.

If you're curious about how I can help you achieve your real estate dreams, I invite you to join me for a complimentary conversation.

There is something really special about this space we are in right now. Summer is holding on by a thread and the promise of a bountiful fall harvest is just around the corner. If you are a pumpkin spice latte sort of person, I couldn't be happier for you.

If you are in the market to purchase or sell property, you have noticed that it's also a transitional time. In my 20 years of helping clients navigate real estate transactions, I've seen all kinds of transitions. My aim is to communicate what is occurring in real time and help give some perspective on what may happen next.

If you have any real estate-related questions, I'm always happy to chat over coffee or a few tacos.

It started with a conversation.

Sitting in a booth at Capitol Cider, I was asked by a couple getting started on their journey to homeownership "So, how long does this usually take?"

My answer was "It's all up to you."

I weaved into the conversion some of the basic mechanics involved with a purchase, but the main theme is that my function is to be an expert on the process. I help educate by providing context and background to what we are seeing, and that the decision of when and how to move forward was fully up to them. They can expect that I will not pressure them, but provide support and guidance along their path and that they alone determine the timeline.

In my experience, the ebbs and flows of life can greatly influence our timelines and one never knows what the journey ahead will look like.

About two and a half years later, and we had really gotten to know each other well, my two friends and their baby boy got the keys to their first home. I gained new friendships, new insight, and a deep sense of gratitude for the journey and the destination.

It started with a conversation and we ended up walking each other home.

It's Monday, and you'll find me grabbing that extra cup of coffee at one of the many amazing cafes on the hill.

So much has changed since I first visited Seattle more than 20 years ago, but we still have some of the best coffee anywhere, IMHO.

Personally, I'm an Americano fan, and I do have a shortlist of cafes I would not want to give up.

Wishing you a wonderful week ahead!

Present, as in existing or occupying now.
A large part of my self-care routine revolves around taking time to be still. As impossible as it seems to entirely quiet my mind, I do look forward to the break from a busy day to just be present with what is buzzing around inside.
My aspiration is to be as present as possible, wherever I am.
I'm grateful to all of my teachers, and especially my community at .

Hello friends,

I began my journey as a real estate broker some 20 years ago. I was drawn to this profession because it seemed like a way to join my passion for helping others achieve their dreams and my interest in architecture and design. Being new to Seattle, I was immediately absorbed in getting to know all the different neighborhoods and exploring the rich history of this City and region.

Twenty years later these same passions drive me every day, and I've learned a few things about myself.

I make my living as a real estate broker when a client completes a transaction, either purchasing or selling a property. This is what people hire me to do and it is an essential part of the process.

But - what makes my heartbeat, what really fills me with the life force is being able to develop close relationships with my clients. I get to understand the why's and what is going on in my clients' lives. I get to delve into what is most important to them about where they want to be and what kind of space serves them the best. It's an honor and privilege to be a part of these times of monumental transition for my clients.

It always starts with a conversation and many times, we end up just walking each other home.

Fun facts about me :
- I grew up in Topeka, Kansas and have lived in Seattle for 21 years.
- My children are an inspiration. I learned some of the most challenging business negotiations are a walk in the park compared to a 5 year old's creative mind and loose relationship with the rules.
- As much as I think I am here to teach my children (now 22 and 24 yo) the lessons they teach me are never ending.
- I am a painter. I create abstract works using oil on canvas and sometimes wood panel.
- I am a rock climber and love any time I spend in the mountains.
- My favorite food group, tacos.

It's Friday and I'm gearing up for a weekend of meeting with clients on the hunt for their dream home. I'll be everywhere from North Beach and Broadview, to Rainier Beach.
We will see these homes and pop into the coolest cafe's along the way. We will compare different neighborhoods and discuss how Seattle is continuing to evolve and grow.
These are the kinds of conversations I love to have, and I get to help my friends find their place along the way. I'm incredibly grateful for the job I get to do.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend! Do you have any cool coffee spots or restaurants to recommend?

I have to admit, change can be super hard to accept.
We learned yesterday will be closing its doors Feb 6th, ending a chapter that began 27 years ago.
I have enjoyed countless meals and had some of the most meaningful conversations at here. Those memories will be with me as I attempt to make a small pivot and accept this change that is coming to our neighborhood.
The disappointment and heartbreak I'm feeling right now sucks. At the same time, it does show just now much this Cafe and the staff and the experiences I've had over the years mean to me. I know I'm not alone. Thousands upon thousands of fellow patrons that are feeling the exact same way as me in this moment.
Through all this, I'm reminded how special and important Pettirosso is to me and to our community at large. I'm grateful for the amazing humans who have been responsible for the vision and the day to day operation, and just want to say thank you.
