Homes that are accurately priced for the area are more likely to sell in a timely manner. Research comparable homes to see what they've recently sold for. Hire an appraiser to get an idea of what your home could sell for. Your agent can also assist you here by looking up home values in your area to help determine the best price.

Driving down the road and came across this mama bear and her 3 cubs. For 5 minutes, I got to just watch her saunter away, grabbing the occasional blackberry from the side of the road. Magical!

Great question! It’s a great time to be a buyey! More inventory might offer you less pressure to waive inspection, less multiple offer scenarios or even having the luxury of time to consider your options. Of course, remember that refinancing is a bonus, not guaranteed, but buyers have some true negotiating opportunities this fall.

Great Question! It’s a compelling time to be a buyer- with less competition-think less pressure to waive an inspection contingency, fewer multiple offer scenarios or even just being able to take time to evaluate your options. Of course, make sure your monthly payments are sustainable as refinancing is a bonus, not guaranteed. So many options and opportunities for buyers this fall. Message me with any questions.
