It’s such a joy to help my former client and friend’s daughter and her fiancé take this big step toward becoming first-time homeowners! 🏡

We first started talking about buying a home about a year ago, but the timing just wasn’t quite right. They continued working hard, stayed focused on their goals, and when they decided that now was the right time, we got to work.

And now… we’re officially under contract! 🎉🔑

Seeing how happy and excited they are makes me so happy for them. They’ve worked hard to get to this point, and I’m so grateful to be part of such an important milestone in their lives.
