Well, that’s a wrap! 🍎🍏

The Gravenstein Apple Fair is always such a fun event to volunteer at. A bunch of us local real estate agents and title reps spent the day checking people into the festival, catching up with familiar faces, and meeting plenty of new ones along the way.

It’s such a great way to come together, support our community, and celebrate the local farmers who make this area so special. ❤️

We had a blast, and judging by the crowds and all the smiling faces, I’d say this year’s festival was a huge success!

A quick update about my week and the weekend ahead.

My listing at 8550 Templeman Road in Forestville closed today. We had a three day escrow which was very exciting. All cash offer local-ish Buyer. It was a great way to end an inspiring week in Anaheim at the Tom Ferry real estate conference.

I hit the ground running this morning and headed out to my 200 acre listing in Cazadero. That was a fun showing and we will see what is to come of it.

• Internet + cell: verify carriers, speeds, and dead zones.
• Microclimate: fog, wind, heat, and sun can shift a lot by pocket.
• Well, septic, and permit history: read them together.

Excited to share that this beautiful property is officially PENDING after just 15 days on the market. ✨

They say if you want to get busy, go on vacation. Well… I didn’t exactly go on vacation, but I did spend the last few days at the Tom Ferry Success Summit, surrounded by some of the most inspiring minds in the industry.

The ideas, conversations, and connections I’ve made have completely re-energized me, and seeing this home go into escrow on the final day of the event feels like the perfect way to wrap up an incredible week.
