Our initial pantry was just two open wooden shelves, no door, and always a mess. It was also above ground, which wasn't ideal. Apparently, moving the trailer too many times last time caused loan issues.

What do buyers actually notice when they walk into a staged home?
I can tell people staging matters — or you can listen to an actual buyer.
A few thoughtful choices can completely change how a home feels and help buyers picture how they might actually live there. For these buyers, the staging was instrumental.
Sometimes the staging is available for sale, so buyers can ,keep the look they fell in love with.
Good staging isn’t just about making a home pretty. When it’s current, tasteful and right for the property, it can help buyers understand the space — and that can make it well worth the investment.

I don’t talk about this part of my business enough.
I work with all kinds of buyers and sellers across the North Bay, but I have a special program for first-time homebuyers called the New KEYS Club.
These two were members — and they put me through my paces. We lost one house to cash, walked away from another after inspections, kept looking, kept learning, and eventually got there. Most agents would call me crazy...
Somewhere along the way they decided I was a “game changer.” I’ll take it.
The New KEYS Club is for people who may not know yet exactly how they’re going to buy a house — only that they’d really like to.
