🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨WARNING🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

Everyone who waited to purchase a home until rates went down will now potentially need to add their buyers agents commission to their other closing costs and fees to get in a home starting August 17th 2024. Sellers will no longer be (and never were) required to pay your buyers agents commission. You WILL have to sign paperwork with your agent agreeing to pay a specified commission amount if the seller will not pay or contribute. You will also NOT be able to go seeing homes WITHOUT signing to an agent. Smart sellers will still be offering something or to pay it entirely to stay competitive and sell so dont get too worried.....This is due to the NAR settlement that happened a few months back where home owners got together and claimed the national association of realtors was commission fixing essentially. Although this did NOT take place in Florida this is a National change.
