We want to wish everyone a safe and Happy Halloween.
Below are some helpful safety tips to help keep your “Littles” safe for trick-or-treating in neighborhoods:

4. **Use Sidewalks**: Stick to the sidewalks and cross streets at crosswalks or corners. Avoid walking in the middle of the road.
