What an incredible experience from start to finish! This was an extra special transaction.

For three months - in between showings, inspections, closings and all the real estate chaos in between - my husband and I worked our tails off making sure our home was neat as a pin. Imagine a Realtor and a Home Inspector analyzing everything with a critical eye for detail. Yeah... It took us a minute to call the house "ready". 🤣

We didn't know why it took us so long to do some simple marketing updates, but now we know... Because it was meant to be this way! The timing was perfect. Once we were finally ready, our friends were unexpectedly ready.

The day before hitting the market, our friends leapt at the opportunity to buy our home and we couldn't be happier. We were able to give them an amazing price below the appraised value and we still got what we needed from the deal. Win win. 🏆 ✌️
