What an amazing and inspiring few days at the Rentvine “Be Herd” 🐘 Conference! 🚀🏡

We’re officially back in the office, catching up on emails, calls, and planning for what’s ahead but we’re coming back motivated, inspired, and excited for the future of our property management department.

Over the last few days, we had the opportunity to learn more about workflows, accounting systems, technology, leadership, scalability, and the future of property management. As a team that has only been utilizing Rentvine for about 5 months, this conference gave us valuable insight, new ideas, and even more confidence in the direction we’re heading.

One of the best parts of the experience was connecting with other property managers and professionals from all over, sharing ideas, learning from each other, and being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see one another grow.

And of course… conference mode ended quickly and mom/business life kicked right back in 😂💙 From attending my child’s award ceremony to dropping off snacks for my eighth grader’s field trip and jumping right back into calls, emails, and strategy meetings — that balance is all part of the journey of entrepreneurship.

We’re incredibly grateful for this opportunity, for the growth, and for everything we’re continuing to build for our owners, tenants, and community. Big things ahead and we’re excited for what’s next! 🔥

Day 2 at the Rentvine Be Herd 2026🐘 conference was another great day of learning, perspective, and connection. 🚀🏡

Started the morning with an early workout before heading into a full day of sessions. 💪

We kicked things off with “Shaping the Future Inside Rentvine Development Board,” followed by keynote speaker Lee Woodruff. Her story was incredibly moving and powerful. Hearing about her family’s journey, resilience, and the work being done through the Bob Woodruff Foundation truly puts life into perspective and reminds you how valuable and precious life really is.

From there, we attended sessions on:
🔹 Viewing the company through the eyes of an acquirer
🔹 Reconciliation 2.0, Match Assistant & Bank Sync
🔹 Built to Scale: Real-world workflows from Rentvine customers

We wrapped up the day hearing from keynote speakers Blake Koch and Tripp Crosby.

Hearing Blake Koch’s transition from professional NASCAR driver to entrepreneur and CEO was inspiring and a reminder of what growth, adaptability, and vision can build.

Tripp Crosby brought such a unique perspective on creativity, leadership, and thinking outside the box. One thing that stood out to me was the reminder that creativity is not just a talent — it’s a responsibility for those who want to do more than simply follow the plan.

We ended the night with the dinner party, and honestly, it was such a fun way to close out the evening. It was nice stepping away from the everyday craziness, relaxing, networking, and simply enjoying time with fellow property managers and professionals in the industry.

Another amazing day full of learning, growth, and meaningful conversations. 🔥

Yesterday was Day 1 at the Rentvine Conference 🚀🏡

Since we’ve only been using the Rentvine system for about 5 months, attending our first conference has already been such an amazing learning experience.

We attended sessions on:
🔹 Property management workflows
🔹 Accounting diagnostics & escrow processes
🔹 Maintenance systems
🔹 PM insurance
🔹 The future of property management technology

One of my favorite parts was the “Be Herd” 2026 kickoff. It was inspiring hearing the vision shared last year and seeing how much growth and progress has already happened.

We ended the evening networking with amazing people in the property management industry, learning from others, and building new connections.

Great Day 1 and excited for what’s ahead! 🔥

Excited to be attending the RentVine Conference this week!

Just a few months ago, our team transitioned into the Rentvine system, and it has already been a huge learning experience and game changer for our operations. Now having the opportunity to attend the conference and continue learning directly from industry leaders is something I’m truly grateful for.
