TEAMWORK | No One Builds Alone

In construction, we depend on each other every day. Mental health should be no different.

We work beside people for hours, days, months and sometimes years. That puts each of us in a unique position to notice when a coworker, friend or family member just doesn’t seem like themselves.

They may be withdrawing. Their mood or behavior may change. They may seem unusually angry, exhausted, distracted or hopeless. Sometimes the signs are subtle but noticing them matters.

Check in. Listen without judgment. Take concerns seriously. Offer support.
Teamwork is more than accomplishing the work in front of us. It’s recognizing that no one should have to carry the heavy things alone.

Today, check in with someone, not because you know they are struggling, but because you want them to know someone is there.

Construction Commencement at Grace Bible Church - Lake Placid 🔨

Typically, we celebrate the start of construction with shovels in the ground. But when the project is a multi-building renovation, sledgehammers felt a little more appropriate!

Wednesday morning, our team joined Grace Bible Church to celebrate the official commencement of construction on the Grace Bible Church Lake Placid Campus.

It has been a privilege to work alongside the GBC team and Mantel Teter throughout Preconstruction, collaborating from the early planning stages to help prepare this historic campus for its next chapter.

The project will transform the original 1950s Lake Placid Public School campus into a new church campus, giving these buildings a new purpose while preserving a place that has been part of the Lake Placid community for generations.

We’re eager to officially begin this next chapter and look forward to watching the campus evolve in the months ahead!
