This Father's Day, we honor the men who help lay the foundation for the generations to come.

For the Wohl family, that legacy began in 1914, when Martin M. Wohl started building affordable housing in Jamaica, New York. More than a century later, that commitment to building communities continues through the fourth generation, led by Marty Wohl, carrying forward a tradition rooted in hard work, quality, and service.

A father's vision became a family legacy, one that continues to shape communities and inspire the work we do every day. 💙

This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating the women of Marmer who show up every day, in the office, on the job and at home.

Balancing work and family isn’t always easy. It’s early mornings, long days, and the constant effort to be present in both places. It’s sacrifices that often go unseen, but never go unfelt.

Today, we recognize all the women who care for others – moms, stepmoms, aunts, fur baby moms, and those who show up in a motherly role in any way.
