real estate in our Heartland area. After graduating from Florida Southern with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance, I obtained my real estate license. At the beginning of my real estate career, I chose to work with some of the highest accredited professionals in the industry, who had designations of MAI (Member, Appraisal Institute) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). As my passion for residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate grew, I opened my own real estate office in 2004 in Sebring. Starting with just four associates and $10 Million in listings, we quickly grew to $35 Million in sales within a year. We now have over 30 associates specializing in residential, commercial, agriculture, and rentals/property management. We also lease commercial properties and have added a residential rental division to expand our offerings. My wife's law office, Karlson Law Group/Pamela Karlson Attorney, is located in my real estate office, and it has really complemented all of our property divisions.
