Throughout 8 years of service, I lived in Hawaii, Georgia, and Colorado; buying homes in two of the aforementioned locations. After my first purchase, I developed a passion for the ins and outs of real estate. I knew that this is what I wanted to do after serving. So being a Real Estate Agent the two questions I get asked daily are:

“How is the Market?”
It always depends on what you’re interested in doing real estate wise. For example, if you’re interested in Renting vs Buying the qualifications for renting can more than buying a home.In addition to that when renting you’re most likely paying the lender,owner and property manager.


Question 2:
“When is a good time to buy or sell?”

The right time is always when it’s right for you. Our lives are always changing for example if you have a 2 bedroom home and just had Sextuplets you maybe want to upgrade😂 .
