🎉🏡 Congratulations to our buyers on closing on their new home today! 🏡🎉

This home represents a new chapter and a fresh start for this sweet family, and we are so honored they trusted us to be a part of their journey. ❤️

There were definitely a couple of hurdles to work through along the way, but this transaction is such a great example of what can happen when everyone works together toward the same goal — getting our buyers to the closing table!

A HUGE thank you to Brooke with Landmann Title for working so hard from the very beginning all the way through closing. We appreciate everything you did behind the scenes to help keep this transaction moving forward!

Another big thank you to Olga with All Western Mortgage for stepping in at the last minute and helping seal the deal for our buyers. 🙌

You guys know those little glass-washing attachments for your kitchen sink??? Yeah, I’ve seen them before, but I’d never actually tried to use one.

DIDN’T GO AS PLANNED! 😂

So here we are, showing this beautiful home, and the buyer was intrigued by this little device. So, being me, I explained what it was and decided to demonstrate it—while still trying to block it from spraying everywhere.

Well… it was harder to push down than I anticipated, so naturally, I pushed a little harder.

It was in that exact moment that I knew…

I had messed up.

Now I’m standing there with both hands on this thing, the buyer is peeking over the countertop in awe, and suddenly…

BOOM.

That thing erupted like Old Faithful! 💦😂

Water is spraying EVERYWHERE. My shirt is soaked. Water is dripping down my bald head. I look over at the buyer, and he’s holding his eye.

Yep.

That thing shot him DIRECTLY IN THE EYE like a Neti Pot for his tear ducts. 😳😂

Uh-oh.

I DONE MESSED UP.

I’m standing there wondering if I’ve just ruined the home showing, the buyer’s day, and possibly his vision…

Then he turns to me…

…and starts giggling.

Then laughing.

PHEW!!! 😂

Moral of the story: Sometimes you don’t have to demonstrate everything.

But honestly…

It’s usually a lot more fun when you do!!! 🤣💦
