At 1,100 sq ft, with 9 ft ceilings, one-car garages and automatic garage door openers, these townhomes are the definition of true luxury at its best. The large master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a 4-ft wide step-in shower, walk-in closet and custom-organized closet, and includes a walk-out back patio to the yard area. The second bedroom comes with lots of custom closet space and shelving. The kitchen has well-appointed solid birch cabinets and include soft closure, dovetailed drawers, and granite countertops. All-stainless steel appliances and a spacious pantry round it out. The laundry room provides a spacious cabinet, shelving, and comes with washer and dryer hook-ups (we rent new washer & dryer sets upon request). These townhomes come with full home security systems with motion sensors. They also have water softening systems that we maintain for the tenant, and high-energy efficient central Air Conditioning heat pump systems. Good Morning!! Not that you would be able to tell by the weather outside the past couple of days but winter is coming!!!❄️☃️ With winter comes larger then normal electric bills... here are some great tips for keeping that bill low this season!
1. Install LED Lights- LED Lights 💡last longer and are energy efficient. Replacing the most used bulb in your home could save you 💲 $1.50 a month per bulb! That means if you replace 10 bulbs you can save $180 a year!!! (Side note: ALL of our units already come with LED bulbs installed in them!!)
2. Turn off any lights not in use! Hmmm...guess mom was right turn those lights off when you leave the room!!!
3.Unplug any unused electrical 🔌 Deviceswhen your not using them. Putting things on a power strip with not only help protect your belongings durning a power surge but will make this super easy to do.
4. Use Ceiling Fans- In the winter months changing your fans to run clockwise will push warm air down & distribute heat throughout every room. In the summer months changing it to spin counterclockwise will push the air around creating a breeze!
