Pending a quick application that does not affect their credit score, tenants now have the option to pay a lower up-front fee (generally 20-25% of rent, non-refundable) instead of the standard 1.5x rent security deposit, for new leases, through Lighthouse.

Have you ever taken Black Canyon Trailhead off of Ogden Ranch Rd to get to a natural spring? It is a gorgeous hike with beautiful views of Verde Valley. The hike itself is about 2 hours each way. At the end there are waterfalls and small pools (fairly low levels at the moment but some still deep enough to swim).
