SWHAP provides down payment/closing cost assistance to moderate-income households employed within the City of Sedona, working towards their dream of homeownership in the beautiful Verde Valley area. Eligible first-time homebuyers can receive up to $40,000 in assistance.

Our improved Down Payment Assistance Programs now offer up to $40,000 for down-payment and closing cost assistance (including rate buy-downs), instead of $25,000.

The program, which is managed by Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona, provides all Sedona workers help with their down payment for a home purchase in the Verde Valley.
