Sometimes you have your first time homebuyer who’s starting fresh and that closing gift with a set of dish towels, cutting board, and a scented candle is the right call.

Sometimes you have a retired contractor who loves perpetual projects, and when you have a full remodel ahead of you, a box of gourmet pastries are in order over a basket of home goods.

If you ask me, John scored the best type of Verde Valley home. Constructed in the 80’s, single owner, and METICULOUSLY maintained. You know what they say, they just don’t build them like they used to.

Although this will be his new home to settle into, there is great value to be gained with bringing this home into 2025. Congratulations, John!

Closing day for Cory 🙌🏼

From start to finish, working with Cory in his property search has been an adventure! Not only was he looking to purchase his first home, he had goals of purchasing something he could utilize for potential rental income with room to grow.

We looked at several homes from site built, manufactured, multifamily, and even a homestead cabin, took a few detours and got caught in a torrential hailstorm. But after having him take a look at a home that wasn’t on his list of contenders, he found it, a great Cornville home on a double lot with casita.

There is work to be done and value to be gained, but most of all a secure place to call home!

Back Story: Coming from 20 years in the service and tourism industries myself, it makes it even more special for me to help one of our own to start creating wealth through real estate. Cory is the Property Manager at Page Springs Cellars and has been a key player in the Verde Valley wine scene for years.
