We have been working with these owners for well over a year as through the build process, set up, and now... LAUNCH! ✨Third time is the charm✨

It took three attempts with the crane to get this hot tub set into its final resting place.

The 1st attempt was thwarted due to lighting ⚡️

The 2nd attempt the crane company didn’t bring a big enough crane 🏗️

And finally the 3rd attempt was a success! 💪

Victoria Wylde at Sedona Luxury Homes helped our client scoop up this fabulous property in June of 2023, which has become a hyper successful short term rental. We launched it this summer and have had it consistently rented. 📈

But you know what makes a rental even MORE successful? Adding a whirlpool bath! 🔥

The owner went through the arduous process of applying for permits and jumping through hoops with the city and finally, 6 months later, the hot tub is in! Cameron Wylde manned the crew on behalf of the owner, who lives many states away and has entrusted Wylde Vacation Rentals to care for his home. 🙏🏼

Guests are going to love the addition of a whirlpool bath and this feature will make this property even more successful for the years to come!

We are excited to announce this beautiful new property under management by Wylde Vacation Rentals! 🏠

Our team facilitated in the sale of this property (both seller and buyer) but we still encouraged the buyer to interview other management companies in Sedona. We feel it is paramount for home owners to choose a management company based on the best fit for their needs. Also, with us being involved in the sale, we have an ethical obligation to not steer our clients in one direction or another. 🏜

The buyers interviewed a total of three companies, two of which are the largest management companies in Sedona, and in the end, chose to work with our team at Wylde Vacation Rentals. 🔑

I asked them what the main deciding factors were for selecting our company. They said that they felt 1) our company will stay on top of the algorithms and occupancy, and 2) they could tell we go above and beyond for our clients. Photos just finished and our team is working to get the final touches complete so we can officially launch and begin accepting guests this month.
