Three contracts. Three different reasons it didn’t close. One couple who kept going anyway.
Deal one fell apart because their home sale contingency left the door open for a better offer. Deal two went to a cash buyer who came in over asking with no strings attached. Deal three ended when the seller said no to every repair request on a BINSR they had every right to submit.
