Wow, what an absolute whirlwind of a day, and what an incredible victory for my amazing clients! 🏡✨

​I am thrilled to announce that this absolutely beautiful property in Young, Arizona officially CLOSED today! 🍾🥂

​To say this one took a village would be an understatement. This journey threw just about every twist and turn our way—from multiple intense counter-offers and negotiating down to the last-minute furnishings, to an extended appraisal process for such a unique estate, and a last-minute septic repair.

​But we didn't back down. In a true 11th-hour finish, we officially crossed the finish line on Friday evening at exactly 4:55 PM! 🎉
