Hi Friends,
Seems we are all getting a little older. As most of you know, I have been in Real Estate most of my life and I am often ask for advice from friends and relatives. Getting older or a job change may cause us to want to sell or buy a different home. From anywhere in the country, I would like to encourage you to tell any of your friends or family, that are considering buying or selling, to CONTACT ME FIRST. Even if they know a Realtor. Over the years, and with the help of new data base systems, I am able to review and recommend the absolute best Realtor, in any state, down to a specific neighborhood, nationwide.
Of course, this help comes free, at no charge, and may help them save thousands of dollars and they will know that they are represented by a true Real Estate Professional with a proven track record for their location. All referrals, like this from another Realtor, insure that they are given the contact information from me, and they can contact the agent, or agents, that I recommend. No junk emails or marketing calls.
I was reminded of this benefit to my Facebook Friends, just last week. A Friend ask if I new any good Agents in the Philadelphia, PA area, and a specific part of town, even though I am in Arizona. I did my research and found the most productive, experienced agent in the area. Within a week their home was listed and on the market, with a couple of offers. Of course, I am rewarded with a small referral fee from the agent, but the big reward was being able to help a friend.
As I said, we are all getting older, and trying to slow down a little lets me do more to help my friends and family, like you, and your friends and family. So PLEASE, Have them contact me first, and I can save them a lot of time and money, looking for a really good realtor. They can call or text anytime 928-821-3381 or email to: [email protected].
Your friends will be very happy and you will know that you were able to help. Just have them contact me first, even if they are not ready to buy or sell today.... I will be glad to help them plan for the future. Thanks and Happy Trails, Carl
