Kathy was born and raised in Southern California. This is where she met her husband, Tim. They have been married for over 25 years and have three boys! They relocated to Sedona in 2000 as a career move for her husband. The Cox family quickly fell in love with the beautiful Sedona/Verde Valley area and all it has to offer! Shortly after the family settled in to the area, they adopted a dog and named him Bosco! They have put down their roots for life in one of the most beautiful places on the planet! Kathy is passionate about her community and enjoys helping people! She spends time volunteering for the Relay for Life (American Cancer Society), the Sedona Marathon, Mitzvah day (give back to the community day), volunteers for Rusty’s Morning Star Ranch (adults with Autism) and is the founder/president of the Sedona Business Network (SBN) Referral Group. Kathy has also been a proud member of the Sedona Chamber of Commerce since 2006. Kathy has a degree in business accounting which she utilized while in California working for a developer and property management firm. This background has given her the edge by providing excellent knowledge to serve her real estate clients. Kathy always enjoyed watching the real estate market and looking at homes.
