🏠WOW! I cant even begin to explain the last 5 days.

My listing went Wednesday, May 1st- by the end of the day I had done 10 private showings
Thursday, May 2nd - I did 4 more private showings
Friday, May 3rd- I did 2 more private showings
Saturday, May 4th- I did 6 more private showings
Sunday, May 5th- I hosted an open house which brought in 30 new groups of buyers

YES that is 52 groups of people through to see this amazing house.

After multiple offers my seller has accepted an amazing offer!! I really couldn't be happier for him and the buyer. 🥰
