We’re currently updating the in-home welcome books placed in our vacation rentals & are excited to offer local businesses in the Seeley Lake, Ovando, & Condon areas the opportunity to be featured directly in front of visitors during their stay.

These welcome books are used by our guests throughout their visit as a trusted guide for where to eat, shop, book services, & explore the area. We are primarily looking to feature businesses that cater to visitors & enhance the guest experience—such as dining, shopping, recreation, & other services commonly used during a stay.

This is a great way to get your business in front of people who are already here & actively looking to spend locally.

Landlord lessons for long term rentals

One thing we always want our tenants to know: we fully expect a home to look lived in. That's what homes are for 🏡

During inspections, we are not looking for perfection. We understand everyday living comes with normal wear and tear. Our goal is simply to help catch small maintenance issues early and make sure the property is being cared for properly.

Things like:

• Reporting leaks quickly
• Keeping smoke detectors accessible
• Preventing mold/moisture buildup
• General cleanliness and safety
