It was an absolute pleasure helping my military client purchase her first home!

She is only 22 years old! One of the first things she said was “Mollie, I want to build generational wealth” I replied with “Let’s do it!”

I can happily say she is on track to having a few investment properties in her future!

I had the honor of helping a military member and his family find a home they absolutely love. 🏡

This was their first time buying a home and they are currently stationed in Japan! I walked through the home buying process and sent detailed videos of each home via WhatsApp. They instantly fell in love with this floor plan and community. We were able to get their interest rate down from 6.99% to 4.99%, AND get all of their closing costs paid, AND get a brand new washer, dryer, and refrigerator. 😲🎉

We video chatted and I sent videos of the entire home building process so they could experience it all the way from Japan !
