I just wanted to take a moment today to congratulate my client and his beautiful family on finding such an amazing deal in this market where interest rates are extremely high! I would love to take all the credit here, but the truth is, sometimes we just get lucky with clients like this that are able to work expediently in doing their part for the transaction to go through smoothly.
