Today marks one year since we launched our Airbnb at the Seguin farmhouse. Omar bought this home in 2018 as a fixer-upper. In 2019, my NMO diagnosis turned our lives upside down, leading to a year of hospital visits while Omar balanced caring for me, managing the home, kids, and remodeling the farmhouse.

Fast forward to 2022, we attended our first Host Con, which transformed our Airbnb journey. Now, in 2024, we've received 59 reviews with a 4.9 rating and earned three Superhost badges. We also started our property management company, achieving a solid 4.8 rating with our first experience as a Vela.

We feel blessed to be where we are today. Thank you to our friends, family, and guests who made this possible. Here’s to 2025!
