Corbin- Invited to attend the National Federation of State High School Associations for the National Student Leadership Conference in Indianapolis. ✈️🧳

Noah- Made the Little League All-Star team. ⚾️

Lukas- Graduated from pre-school. 🎉

Hailey, Caylee, and Lilly- Completing early AM workouts to stay competitive in the multiple sports each of them participate in. ⚽️🏀

Greyson- Extremely intelligent and full of energy. 📚

Very proud of all of their accomplishments!

As President of the Marywood University Alumni Association, it was an honor to welcome the Class of 2026 as members of the Marywood University Alumni Association. The 108th Commencement honored more than 930 graduates.

🏡Sales: -9.7 % (March 2026: 8,149 vs. March 2025: 9024)
🏡Listings: -9.6% (March 2026: 37,267 vs. March 2025: 41,225)
🏡Median Sales Prices: +5.2% (March 2026: $300,000 vs. March 2025 $285,000)

According to Dean, "The commonwealth's housing market is showing signs of gradual adjustment, with modest price growth and a slight increase in listings month over month. However, inventory is still trailing last year's levels, reflecting a market that remains tight but is slowly finding balance."
