Thats a wrap. Our time working in Port Trevorton has come to a close with the completion of our multi family renovation project. It turned out amazing 👏. The 2 Apartments in the 2520 building are ada adaptable with ramps, oversized doorways and roll in showers. We want to thank everyone who made this project possible including the sellers who trusted us with the next chapter for this building and to be their future neighbors and Specifically our Team, Mike C, Johnny, Kevin and Derek. Our Favorite plumber Matt, Our Flooring team Schreck and our comedian Mr Buckley, Your commitment to this project is evident in the finished product. We are extremely grateful for this project.

However on days like today we are reminded that pet ownership is a responsibility and not a privilege. We have specific pet policies and procedures with additional costs for these reasons.

First, our maintenance staff inspects the home from top to bottom repairing or replacing anything that is broken or worn out. Attached is some pictures of work we completed this week.

Next, our painting crew comes through and makes the home look new again.

Finally, our professional cleaning crew comes in and cleans and sanitizes the entire home.
