2 homes under contract in one week! 🔥

This one is especially meaningful because I've known this couple since we were all just kids. Who would've thought that years later I'd have the privilege of helping them buy their very first home? 🥹

Watching them grow up, get engaged, and now start this exciting new chapter together is such a full-circle moment.

Most people never see the amount of time, patience, and persistence that goes into getting a deal under contract. This one took months of waiting, hoping, facing disappointments, thinking we had lost it for good, getting a second chance, and negotiating every step of the way. It was an emotional roller coaster, but seeing it all come together made every moment worth it.

I truly couldn't be happier for them because this is the perfect place for them to call HOME—close to their families and surrounded by the people who mean the most. ❤️

My second closing in Elysburg in the last week & feeling so grateful 🥹

After closing, I went back to the house at sunset to snap one last picture. As I stood there, I noticed a little bird sitting quietly on the roof.

Maybe it sounds silly, but in that moment I just felt like God was with me.

This career has filled my cup in ways I never expected. I get to help people through one of the biggest milestones of their lives and somehow I get to call it “work.”

I love celebrating at the closing table, picking out little housewarming gifts, seeing the excitement on my clients’ faces, and even navigating the unexpected hurdles that come along the way (And trust me… this one had some too. 😂)

Every challenge makes the ending that much sweeter.

I’m just so grateful that God led me down this path. Every closing reminds me that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

And somehow… I think that little bird looking down from the roof knew it too. 🤍

This one was truly a perfect example of why timing and a little bit of luck can make all the difference. They were able to secure an incredible deal, and I couldn’t be happier for them as they start this exciting new chapter.

But beyond the deal and the dream home, I am so grateful life brought us together again. It’s been such a blessing getting to know you both and I’m even more happy that our kids now have friends in each other 💛

15+ showings later and here we are — still smiling 😂❤️

At this point, we’ve truly seen it all together.. A pipe literally falling off a house, meeting all kinds of furry friends along the way — cats, dogs, bunnies — and trying to figure out a stove at our very first showing that looked less like an appliance and more like an old radio from 1952 😭

Somewhere between all the chaos, laughs, disappointments, long days of showings, and even some really special personal moments they chose to share with me along the way 🥹, these two stopped feeling like just clients and started feeling like friends.

What I admire most about them is their perseverance. Even after having a deal pulled out from under them at the last minute, they kept going without losing sight of what actually mattered to them — not finding a “perfect” house, but finding a home where they can build a beautiful life together.

This is the side of real estate people don’t always see. The relationships, the trust, the ups and downs, and the moments that turn into genuine friendships along the way ❤️
