Much deserved shout out to my brother Wes Sama , best realtor around. I wanted to buy a property a couple of months ago, told Wes how much to offer, he decided to offer $10k less and after his negotiating, they accepted! .... Fast forward to this week, Wes showed a property that I had listed with him on Sunday, received an offer Sunday night, he negotiated all day Monday, signed counter offer on Tuesday, closed the house and handed over possession on Thursday!! Unbelievable Crazy week ! On top of all that, he's an even better brother. Thanks for everything Wes, I probably owe you
