Tree removal and roof repair will help with the ongoing damages to the units on the 2nd floor of Blg 10500. The owners have be dealing with years of ongoing damages within their homes due to trees & roof issues.

Enclosed are photos of before & after the bottom of the elevator near blg #10530, the current board had a sub pump placed in the shaft to remove any ground water, and clean & repair any rusted parts that had been sitting in water. Problem solved.
