Congratulations to my amazing buyers who texted me a photo of a home they loved back in August. The home wasn't on the market, but you know that's never stopped me from helping my clients get what they want! A few phone calls later and we were under contract on a gorgeous custom build!! Today, Dave and Anita received the keys to their stunning new home! This has been such a fun journey, and I am thankful that our journey will continue as we sell Dave and Anita's current home later this year.

Congratulations to my amazing buyers who are getting ready to close on this absolutely stunning new construction home!! 🏡 It has been an absolute pleasure to support my amazing clients through this journey. When the time comes to build a new home, I have two recommendations. 🛠️ 1) You need your own buyer's agent. This will save you thousands in negotiations and headaches! 2) Third-Party home inspections (yes, multiple phases) will be priceless in the long run! Why? They will find issues contractors missed, and those mistakes will be repaired before closing! If mistakes aren't caught before closing, you could be left with the issue later. I've seen this play out time and time again.
