in Greenville. This was definitely a labor of love, patience, and perseverance. My seller signed the counter to the offer in the middle of his dress rehearsal for his wedding and woke up on his wedding day officially under contract. After negotiations to repairs and a lengthy financing process for the buyer we officially closed today with an over asking purchase price.

Thank you to all the folks at Lawson, Beck, Sandlin, and Webb for a smooth closing, even under pressure.

And to Jeremy Walton at Ameris bank in Senoia, thank you for going out of your way to keep my seller and I updated, and getting the job done on time.
