Looking for a beautiful southern charm to host your next celebration? I have to suggest you take a look at Lillians Garden in Newnan.

We recently had my daughters wedding shower here and I cannot express to you how impressed not only myself, but everyone there was. From planning, timelines, food, drinks, music, services offered, and everything in between they walked us through it with kindness, professionalism, and knowledge.

Crystal, thank you so much for all of your input and getting everything together. Elizabeth, you kept everything running smoothly the day of and made sure we were all happy and had full bellies, and Michael, thank you for all of the wonderful drinks and history of this beautiful home. We are truly grateful for all of you and everyone that put in so much effort to make our daughters special day that much more cherished.

My seller signed the counter to the offer in the middle of his dress rehearsal for his wedding and woke up on his wedding day officially under contract. After negotiations to repairs and a lengthy financing process for the buyer we officially closed today with an over asking purchase price.

Thank you to all the folks at Lawson, Beck, Sandlin, and Webb for a smooth closing, even under pressure.
