We just love Sequim! We moved here in May, 2000, and have delighted in learning about the town and the Olympic Peninsula. Sequim has become known as the "banana belt" of Washington State because of its temperate weather and unusually low amount of rainfall. Because of it's weather, Sequim has also become a great retirement town. Another advantage, is it is small enough for
a "home town" feel, yet we are within three hours of Seattle and the many "big city" opportunities there. We'd love to show you Sequim, our new home town. My husband and I sold a family farm (dating from the 1800's) and moved out here to get away from 100 degree summers. We love living near both mountains and water and enjoy hiking on the many trails , fishing & crabbing. I worked as a real estate closer for my last 8 years in Tennessee and enjoyed my interaction with buyers and sellers so much, I decided to go into real estate here, then Robert joined me, and we now work as a team.
